Mobility Program for Universidad CAECE Students

Interested students must initiate the admission application process to the University they have chosen, taking into account the pre-existing interinstitutional agreement and the requirements that the destination University requires.

It is important to note that until admission is obtained from the University where the mobility program will be carried out, travel tickets should not be purchased nor accommodation arrangements made.

It is also essential that the student seeks advice about the immigration requirements of the destination country. In general, students require a specific visa.

It is desirable that the student interested in the mobility program is progressing through their career at the time of application.

Even with existing interinstitutional mobility agreements, Universities may reserve the right to admit a student.

Procedure and aspects to consider

Choice of subjects to study: the student requests from the corresponding area of the destination University (with pre-existing interinstitutional agreement) the programs for the subjects they are interested in studying and manages academic authorization at Universidad CAECE so that, upon their return, the subjects are recognized according to the documentation sent by the destination University.

The student is responsible for obtaining information regarding the destination University, academic calendar, campus, degree programs, calls for applications, forms and specific documentation of that University’s Mobility Program.

The costs of transportation, accommodation, living expenses, and immigration fees,
in their entirety will be borne by the student.

The fee corresponding to course enrollment and other academic charges are paid to the home University, if the interinstitutional agreement so provides.

Universidad CAECE does not provide information or handle immigration procedures since the student must refer to the
Consulates or Embassies of the destination country and request immigration requirements.

When the student receives notification from the University that accepts their Application for Admission, they will proceed to finalize the submission of the requested documentation, with a copy to the International Relations office, by email to internacional@ucaecemdp.edu.ar.

If the student makes changes to the subjects selected and authorized for the mobility program, it is their responsibility to manage the corresponding authorization with the destination University and inform Universidad CAECE so that it can proceed to formalize the changes.

The possibility of working during the stay period in the foreign country will depend on its immigration requirements.
