Mobility Program for International Students

The Educational Mobility program for international students is an initiative that seeks to foster academic, cultural and scientific exchange, and promote the internationalization of higher education in a bilateral manner.
If you are interested in academic training in a new cultural context and obtaining international experience, Universidad CAECE Mar del Plata is the University you are looking for.

We currently receive students from:

  • University of Alicante, Spain.
  • Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain).
  • EUSA (Center for Studies Affiliated with the University of Seville, Spain).
  • Universidad Santo Tomás de Chile.

If you are currently pursuing your university studies at an institution that is not included in the list, you can contact us at internacional@ucaecemdp.edu.ar, so that we can work with your University on a Bilateral Collaboration Agreement.

Interested students must initiate the admission application with the Educational Mobility Area, sending an email to internacional@ucaecemdp.edu.ar, with the documentation detailed below:

  • Valid passport: pages with the photo and data showing nationality and validity.
  • Academic Record (Issued by the home University)
    Student’s Curriculum Vitae.
  • Letter of intent.
  • Letter of recommendation issued by the home University.
  • Front-facing photo size 4×4.
  • Complete admission application.

The application will be analyzed within the deadlines of each call.
Once the student is formally admitted, the Acceptance Letter will be sent from Universidad CAECE to the home University and a copy to the student.
Even with existing interinstitutional mobility agreements, the University may reserve the right of admission.

To formalize enrollment at Universidad CAECE, the student must have the Learning Agreement duly signed by both institutions, and have submitted all requested documentation.

The student will not be able to access classrooms at Universidad CAECE if they do not have formal acceptance.

About Immigration Procedures

Once the student has the Acceptance Letter from Universidad CAECE, they must complete the visa process in their country of origin.

To do this, they must refer to the Consulates or Embassies of the Argentine Republic closest to their city of residence and request immigration requirements.

About the Study Period

The student must comply with 75% attendance to in-person classes and show the participation required in subjects that are complemented with virtual activities.
To pass each subject, the requirements in force for the period in which it is taken must be met.
Final exams are taken in all subjects studied, and the grade is from 0 to 10, you pass with 4 or more, and from 0 to 3 is considered failed.

The University establishes the final exam periods indicated in the academic calendar and the student will take them during these periods.
